Being a mum of 2 boys myself and having personally experienced the depths of sleep deprivations and I know the impact it can have on all aspects of your life. Newborns obviously need a lot of attention but when it spans on for months it can start to take its toll on everyone in the family.
In 2019 I became a certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant to work with babies ranging from birth through to 5 years old. My motivation was to not only help my own son sleep better but also help other families in these situations and feeling the pain of sleep deprivation.
I focus on gentle sleep training methods and complement these by providing age-appropriate routines and techniques, for parents like you, to put into practice positive and healthy sleep habits. With me as your sleep consultant, you are supported through your journey towards better sleep.
I am passionate about all things baby, kids, and sleep-related. By learning the science behind sleep I have been able to be the helping hand my clients need to help their families get better sleep and I couldn't love what I do more.
